Las restricciones establecidas en la Argentina en 1976 por la dictadura militar, impidieron la libre circulación de ideas, expresiones y actores de la cultura. Esta acción política se materializó en la prohibición de obras escritas, su circulación y acceso. Centrados en estos eventos se buscó relevar las obras y comprender la procedencia de la prohibición. El objetivo del trabajo se centró en la construcción de un corpus de publicaciones censuradas; estas se categorizaron inicialmente en torno a su género literario y a sus temáticas con el fin de examinar la intervención de la censura en el campo psicológico. Los resultados obtenidos sugieren que la censura estaba determinada no solo por el género literario, sino que también por el contenido y las narrativas de las obras. Las temáticas Sexualidad, Literatura Infantil y Educación muestran un mayor número de publicaciones prohibidas, categorías que involucran objetos de estudios propios de la Psicología. El estudio del contexto cultural, a través de las múltiples voces de las publicaciones censuradas, nos permite reflexionar desde una perspectiva histórica, sobre la interrelación de este con el campo Psi, y sobre las implicancias que estas prohibiciones tuvieron en la disciplina, sus objetos y prácticas, en el país. THE RELATION WITH THE PSYCHOLOGICAL FIELD The restrictions established in Argentina in 1976 by the military dictatorship, prevented the free circulation of ideas, expressions and cultural representatives. This political action materialized the censorship of literary works, the prohibition of their circulation and access. Focusing on these events, we collect all the censored books in order to know the source of the prohibition. The objective of this work is the construction of a corpus of censored publications, which were categorized around their thematics and literary genre in order to examine the interference of censure in the psychological field. The results suggested that the censorship was determined not only by the literary genre, but also by the content and narratives of the publications. The thematics Sexuality, Children’s Literature and Education show a greater number of prohibited books, categories that involve Psychology’s objects of study. The study of the cultural context, through the multiple voices of the censored publications, allows us to reflect from a historical perspective, about the interrelation of this with the Psychological field, and regarding the implications that these prohibitions had on the discipline, its objects and practices in the country.
