Continuando el proyecto de investigación UNTREF Salud mental y DDHH en Contexto de Encierro. Variable género niñez y Adolescencia. 2018/2019, continuación a su vez de 2016-2017 Salud mental en contextos de encierro, se presenta avance de indagación interdisciplinaria sobre condiciones de vulneración del derecho a la salud mental en términos integrales. En particular, las condiciones y dificultades para la inserción post encierro, en Adolescencia y Mujeres, y respecto de la variable EDUCACIÓN Y TRABAJO. Se tomará como marco normativo, la Ley 26657 y las declaraciones y acuerdos internacionales y regionales de las que deriva: Declaración de Caracas OPM/OMS 1990 y Principios de Brasilia, 1990). También se agrega al plexo normativo la ley 26061 y 26485 y sus respectivas convenciones internacionales y la normativa relativa a los estandares internacionales referidos a la llamada ley penal juvenil, y la ley de ejecución penal (Reglas Mandela), y el trabajo como derecho social en nuestro país y su relación con los convenios (OIT) y convenciones (ONU-OEA) Se privilegiará el análisis de testimonios de personas e instituciones afines y el relevamiento bibliográfico proveniente del entrecruzamiento entre el campo de Ciencias Sociales y Jurídicas.
