Durante el año 2022, en el marco del funcionamiento de un grupo terapéutico de violencia intrafamiliar de un hospital público de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), se registraron los testimonios de las mujeres que participaron de dichos encuentros. Entendemos la violencia intrafamiliar como aquella que se ejerce dentro del ámbito de la familia de manera crónica y sistemática, con la intención de someter y dominar a un otro. El análisis posterior sobre los dichos de las participantes permitió identificar una serie de ejes referidos a los efectos de la violencia en aquellas que la padecieron y dar cuenta de ciertos mecanismos que la perpetúan. Se ubican como ejes en común en las integrantes del grupo: la dificultad en la integración de las características del agresor, sentimientos de culpa, dudas en la propia percepción, debilitamiento de la red afectiva y escasa tolerancia a la soledad. Palabras clave Violencia intrafamiliar - Grupo terapéutico - Mecanismos de vio- lencia - Hospital público ABSTRACT AXES OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL VIOLENCE IN WOMEN WHO SUFFERED DOMESTIC VIOLENCE During the year of 2022, within the framework of a therapeutic group for domestic violence at a public hospital in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina), the testimonies of the women who participated in these meetings were registered. We understand domestic violence as that which is exercised within the family in a chronic and systematic manner, with the intention of subduing and dominating the other person. The subsequent analysis of the statements of the participants made it possible to identify a series of common axes referring to the effects of violence on those who suffered it and to identify some of the mechanisms that perpetuate it. We found the following axes in common in the members of the group: the difficulty in integrating the characteristics of the aggressor, feelings of guilt, doubts in their own perception, weakening of their affective network and low tolerance for loneliness.
