En el siguiente escrito presentaremos algunas notas clínicas que reflejan el trabajo terapéutico que realizamos en el grupo de tratamiento psicopedagógico del Programa de Asistencia de la Cátedra de Psicopedagogía Clínica caracterizado por sesiones con púberes y el trabajo reflexivo con adultxs a cargo de estos pacientes. Enmarcamos nuestra mirada y abordaje considerando aspectos psíquicos encuadrados en aportes teóricos del Psicoanálisis contemporáneo. Los pacientes que asisten al tratamiento se caracterizan por presentar estructuras familiares vulnerables, muchas veces en riesgo psíquico y social, que atraviesan situaciones, nunca homogéneas, que los ubican en posiciones de fragilidad a ellos mismos y a sus familias. Sostenemos hipótesis clínicas acerca de las condiciones psíquicas de las y los adultxs a cargo de la crianza e intervenimos en la construcción de recursos y herramientas para sostener con ellxs el proceso terapéutico de sus hijxs. Trataremos de visualizar la tramitación de lo intersubjetivo en lo intrapsíquico, pesquisando las diferencias entre la oferta familiar y la elaboración psíquica singular. Caracterizamos a cada paciente del grupo con el que trabajamos y, especialmente profundizamos en el caso de una púber con quien se realizan intervenciones terapéuticas que buscan generar transformaciones psíquicas subjetivantes propiciando perspectivas de autonomía y confianza en las propuestas educativas sociales. Palabras clave Tratamiento psicopedagógico - Intervenciones - Púberes - Tra- bajo interdisciplinario ABSTRACT THE PSYCHOPEDAGOGICAL CLINIC WITH PUBBER PEOPLE: NOTES ON GROUP TREATMENT AND MEETINGS WITH ADULTS IN CHARGE In this paper we will present some clinical notes that reflect the therapeutic work that we carry out in the psychopedagogical treatment group of the Assistance Program of the Chair of Clinical Psychopedagogy characterized by sessions with adolescents and reflective work with adults in charge of these patients. We frame our look and approach considering psychic aspects framed in theoretical contributions of contemporary Psychoanalysis. Patients who attend treatment are characterized by having vulnerable family structures, often at psychological and social risk, who go through situations, never homogeneous, that place themselves and their families in positions of fragility. We support clinical hypotheses about the psychic conditions of the adults in charge of raising them and we intervene in the construction of resources and tools to support with them the therapeutic process of their children. We will try to visualize the processing of the intersubjective in the intrapsychic, investigating the differences between the familiar offer and the singular psychic elaboration. We characterize each patient of the group with which we work and, especially, we delve into the case of a pubertal woman with whom therapeutic interventions are carried out that seek to generate subjectivating psychic transformations, promoting perspectives of autonomy and confidence in social educational proposals.
