A partir del recorte de una viñeta clínica sobre una mujer con deseo reproductivo que acude al uso de las Técnicas de Reproducción Humana Asistida (THRA), se analiza la intervención realizada por un psicólogo, al enterarse que en el pasado ella se realizó una intervención de interrupción voluntaria del embarazo. A partir de ello, se propone distinguir y evaluar los efectos de una intervención planteada desde una posición ética, de una intervención moral. Se contemplan los efectos que la cultura patriarcal puede generar en un analizante cuando los posicionamientos ideológicos del analista no quedan “fuera” del consultorio. Asimismo, se deja de manifiesto la importancia de la escucha con perspectiva de género y contextualizada con la época. Esto se articulara principalmente con los conceptos de aborto, culpa y duelo así como también con las ideas de silencio, secreto y clandestinidad, teniendo en cuenta las diversas representaciones desde distintas épocas y discursos. Desde el aporte teórico de diversos autores, especialmente del campo psicoanalítico, se desplegará un análisis de los desafíos de la clínica ligada a las dificultades reproductivas, más aún cuando esta se ejerce sin perspectiva de género y sin formación específica al respecto. Based on a clinical vignette of a woman with a reproductive desire who turns to the use of Assisted Human Reproduction Techniques (ART), we analyze the intervention carried out by a psychologist, when he learns that in the past she had undergone a voluntary termination of pregnancy. From this, it is proposed to distinguish and evaluate the effects of an intervention proposed from an ethical position, from a moral intervention. This presentation intends to visualize the effects that patriarchal culture can have on an patient when the analyst’s ideological positions are not “outside” the consulting room. Likewise, the importance of listening with a gender perspective and in a contextualized time should be highlighted. This will be articulated mainly with the concepts of abortion, guilt and mourning as well as with the ideas of silence, secrecy and clandestinity, taking into account the wide variations of representations from different times and discourses. From the theoretical contribution of various authors, especially from the psychoanalytic field, an analysis will be made of the challenges of the clinic linked to reproductive difficulties, even more so when this is exercised without a gender perspective and without specific training in this respect.
