El presente trabajo se enmarca en la investigación UBACyT “La urgencia en Salud Mental en el Hospital Público en la República Argentina” (2018-2022)[i] En esta ocasión, nos adentraremos en la noción de urgencia y su relación al tiempo: un tiempo que no es cronológico sino pulsátil, de apertura y cierre del inconsciente.Vincularemos ese cierre y apertura a la presencia y al deseo del analista para luego servirnos de la última enseñanza de Lacan que, orientada por el hueso de lo real, topología mediante, permitirá dar cuenta de la urgencia en términos de anudamientos y desanudamientos. Desde esta perspectiva, estudiaremos diferentes presentaciones de la urgencia subjetiva a las que hemos llamado “muda” o “ruidosa, clásica” según el modo de anudamiento o desanudamiento que suponen. Concluiremos, a partir de lo desarrollado, situando la función del analista que, como síntoma o sinthome, sopesará la intervención conveniente en cada caso. Palabras clave Urgencia subjetiva - Analista - Síntoma - Sinthome ABSTRACT KNOTTING AND UNKNOTTING IN SUBJECTIVE URGENCY This paper is part of the UBACyT research “The urgency in Mental Health in the Public Hospital in the Argentine Republic” (2018-2022)[i]. On this occasion, we will delve into the notion of urgency and its relation to time: a time that is not chronological but pulsatile, of opening and closing of the unconscious. We will link this closure and opening to the presence and desire of the analyst in order to then make use of Lacan’s last teaching which, oriented by the bone of the real, topology by means of topology, will allow us to account for urgency in terms of knotting and unknotting. From this perspective, we will study different presentations of subjective urgency which we have called “mute” or “noisy, classical” according to the mode of knotting or unknotting they imply. We will conclude, from what has been developed, by situating the function of the analyst who, as a symptom or sinthome, will weigh the appropriate intervention in each case.
