El presente trabajo pretende revisar particularidades en la forma de maternar de la cultura china. La relevancia de este estudio se debe a que en vistas de la promoción de la Ley de Parto Respetado (Ley N° 25.929, 2004), se considera que la persona gestante entre otros derechos, deba ser tratada con respeto garantizando su intimidad durante todo el proceso asistencial, así como se tenga en consideración sus pautas culturales. De esta manera se entiende que estudiando las pautas culturales que comprenden a la población china en Argentina, habrá un acercamiento mayor a llevar a cabo la ley antes mencionada. El trabajo el trabajo va a dividirse en 5 apartados: el primero describen algunas particularidades del contexto actual donde se enmarca este trabajo; el segundo desarrolla el concepto de diásporas chinas; el tercero puntúa algunas tradiciones culturales de China; un cuarto apartado donde se desarrollarán algunas de las tradiciones con respecto a las maternidades chinas; en el quinto, algunas conclusiones. Palabras clave Maternidades - Chinos - Parto respetado ABSTRACT RESPECTED CHILDBIRTH AND CHINESE MATERNITIES This paper aims to review particularities in the way of maternity in Chinese culture. The relevance of this study is due to the fact that in view of the promotion of the Respectful Childbirth Law (Law No. 25,929, 2004), it is considered that the pregnant person, among other rights, should be treated with respect, guaranteeing their privacy throughout the care process, as well as taking into account their cultural patterns. In this way it is understood that by studying the cultural guidelines that comprise the Chinese population in Argentina, there will be a closer approach to carrying out the aforementioned law. The work the work will be divided into 5 sections: the first describes some particularities of the current context where this work is framed; the second develops the concept of Chinese diasporas; the third punctuates some cultural traditions of China; a fourth section where some of the traditions regarding Chinese maternity hospitals will be developed; in the fifth, some conclusions.
