A partir de un caso clínico extraeré las consecuencias respecto a la articulación trauma-síntoma. Analizaré la incidencia del acontecimiento traumático contingente en la vida de un sujeto, en lo que se instalará como un síntoma persistente, necesario, que en este caso quedará asociado al uso del tóxico. Ubicaré que las coordenadas en que detiene el consumo han estado presentes también cuando lo inició. Trataré de ir situándolas en su articulación con la función del tóxico en la economía libidinal de este sujeto, con la hipótesis de que es justamente sobre las mismas coordenadas en que algo se conmovió en cierto momento de su vida e inició el consumo, que se asienta años después la conmoción a partir de la cual deja de consumir y encuentra otra respuesta ante dicho real. El acontecimiento traumático, haberse ido sin llegar a despedirse de su madre (que fallece), será el mojón sobre el que el consumo itera, consumir como un modo de irse, irse cada vez una vez más. En el análisis comienza a realizarse la elaboración del trauma, con el consecuente aflojamiento del goce mortífero del uso del tóxico en la iteración de la huida. I will analyze the incidence of the contingent traumatic event in the life of a subject, in what will be installed as a persistent, necessary symptom, which in this case will be associated with the use of the toxic. I will locate that the coordinates in which the consumption stops have also been present when it started. I will try to situate them in their articulation with the role of the toxic in the libidinal economy of this subject, with the hypothesis that it is precisely on the same coordinates that something was moved at a certain point in his life and began consumption, which is based years later, the shock from which he stops using and finds another response to this reality. The traumatic event, having left without saying goodbye to his mother (who dies), will be the milestone on which consumption iterates, consume as a way to go, to go away one more time. In the analysis, the elaboration of the trauma begins to be carried out, with the consequent relaxation of the deadly enjoyment of the use of the toxic in the iteration of the flight.
