El objetivo de este trabajo es dar cuenta de las nuevas formalizaciones que venimos realizando respecto al momento de la irrupción del fenómeno psicosomático en el marco de un Proyecto Ubacyt relativo a los aportes desde el psicoanálisis de orientación lacaniana al tratamiento de sujetos que padecen fenómenos psicosomáticos. Los tratamientos psicoanalíticos que hemos dirigido de bebes que padecían FPS, nos impulsó al desafío de formalizar con mayor precisión nuestras hipótesis referidas al momento a la irrupción de la lesión ya que nuestras hipótesis relativas a la irrupción del FPS como respuesta a una conmoción fantasmática, no nos alcanzaron para dar cuenta de la irrupción del FPS en bebes en los que pensamos que el fantasma todavía no está constituido. Así, expondremos el caso de un bebé de ocho meses que padecía un Fenómeno psicosomático. Cabe destacar que el análisis de este caso y de otros de bebés y niños pequeños que padecían FPS nos posibilitó la construcción de nuevas hipótesis relativas a la respuesta del cachorro humano en el encuentro mítico e inicial, con el trauma de lalengua a la luz del concepto de holofrase de Lacan, enriqueciendo así, las hipótesis relativas a la irrupción de la lesión psicosomática en adultos. Palabras clave Fenómeno psicosomático - Conmoción fantásmatica - Función paterna - Deseo del otro ABSTRACT ABOUT THE IRRUPTION OF THE PSYCHOSOMATIC PHENOMENON The objective of this work is to account for new formalizations that we have been carrying out regarding the moment of the emergence of the FPS, within the framework of a Ubacyt Project related to the treatment of subjects suffering from psychosomatic phenomena from the perspective of the Lacanian-oriented Psychoanalysis. The psychoanalytic treatment that we have directed of babies who suffered from FPS led us to the challenge of formalizing with greater precision our hypotheses regarding the moment of the triggering of the injury since our hypotheses regarding the triggering of the FPS from a phantom concussion did not reach us to account for the emergence of the FPS in infants in whom we think that the “ghost” is not constituted Thus, we will present the case of an eight-month-old baby who suffered from FPS. It should be noted that the analysis of this case and others of infants and young children who suffered from SPF enabled us to construct hypotheses regarding the response of the human cub in the mythical and initial encounter, with the trauma of the tongue, in light of the Lacan’s concept of holophrase, thus enriching the hypotheses regarding the emergence of psychoaomatic injury in adults.
