El presente trabajo se enmarca en el eje temático del Psicoanálisis. A partir de recortes clínicos se desplegarán los interrogantes e hipótesis que emergen en la clínica analítica en contexto carcelario respecto de las posiciones subjetivas de las personas privadas de su libertad. ¿Qué puede ubicarse entre el acto criminal y la estructura psíquica? ¿Qué intervenciones posibles desde la clínica analítica? En este contexto institucional, donde los diagnósticos y métodos de tratamiento generalizadores se encuentran establecidos a priori, el encuentro con un analista que aloje la diferencia en la escucha de estos individuos que han transgredido la ley, será esencial para orientar la clínica en el uno por uno. Las hipótesis diagnósticas para el psicoanálisis funcionan como brújula para pensar la dirección de la cura y el lugar del analista. Desde esta perspectiva, surge el interrogante respecto a cómo pensar la clínica en este contexto y en la época actual. Una de las respuestas insoslayables que se plantea es la casuística de la psicosis ordinaria en la población carcelaria -donde podemos decir que comanda el plus de goce ilimitado-, y que plantea para el analista la advertencia del modo de posicionarse y de orientar sus intervenciones. From clinical vignettes, we´ll display the questions and hypotheses that emerge in the analytical practice in a prison context, regarding the subjective positions of people deprived of their liberty. What can be located between the criminal act and the psychotic structure? What are the possible interventions from an analytical practice? In this institutional context, where the generalizing diagnoses and treatment methods are established a priori, the encounter with an analyst who shelters the difference in the listening of individuals who have transgressed the law, will be essential to guide the one on one clinic. To Psychoanalysis, diagnostic hypotheses function as a compass to think the direction of the cure and the analyst position. From this perspective, the question arises regarding how to think the clinic in this context and in the current era. One of the unavoidable answers that presents is the casuistry of ordinary psychosis in prison population -where we can say that it commands the plus of unlimited enjoyment-, and that raises for the analyst the warning of the way to position and to guide their interventions.
