El presente trabajo se sitúa en el contexto actual de la pandemia Covid-19 para analizar las afectaciones singulares del confinamiento social-sanitario impuesto por el mismo. Dicha escritura es posible por la sostenida investigación en el campo clínico, orientada por la construcción del caso que sustenta el psicoanálisis freudiano lacaniano. El Proyecto actualmente presentado lleva por título: UBACyT 2020 Cuerpo, afecto y goce en la clínica psicoanalítica y es dirigido por la Dra. Lujan Iuale. En este, se inscribe dicho Trabajo, proponiendo leer los efectos de la intervención a partir de un dispositivo público y asistencial nominado “Soporte múltiple de contingencia” en salud mental para este contexto. Retomando los avances anteriores, sobre afectos y cuerpos, resultará sustancial ubicar la cuestión del goce a la hora de pensar ese modo singular en que un acontecimiento generalizado afecta a cada quien en su posición. A partir de un recorte clínico, se intentará desandar dicho nudo con la coordenada que ofrece la angustia, en tanto ella, se manifiesta como los primeros efectos del confinamiento que urgen en muchas consultas y porque, como afecto privilegiado, podrá ser indicio de la posición del serhablante respecto del goce, siendo primordial aquí, para la operación analítica, situar el momento singular de su emergencia. THE EXPERIENCE OF CARE AT A MENTAL HEALTH “CONTINGENCY MULTIPLE SUPPORT” DISPOSITIVE DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC This present work is set in the actual context of the COVID-19 pandemic, to analyze those unique affectations of the social/sanitary confinement imposed by same. Said writing is made possible by sustained research in the clinical field, oriented by the building of the case scenario as sustained by Freudian-Lacanian psychoanalysis. Today’s Project carries the title 2020 UBACyT: Body, Affection and Jouissances at Psychoanalysis Care, and is being directed by Dr. Luján Iuale. That is the project at which this work is inscribed, proposing to read the effects of intervention starting from a public assistance dispositive called “Contingency Multiple Support”, in mental health, and for this context. Reviewing previous advances over affection and body, it will be substantial to locate the question of fruition when thinking about that unique way in which a generalized event affects each person at their particular position. Starting from a clinical profile, we will try to trace back said knot with that parameter offered by affliction, as it is manifested among the first effects of confinement appearing in many consultations, and because, as a privileged affection, it can be a sign of the talking self’s position in regard to jouissances, here being primary, for the analytical operation, to place the singular moment of its appearance.
