Este trabajo se enmarca en la investigación UBACyT 2018- 2021 “La urgencia en salud mental en el hospital público en la República Argentina”, dirigida por la dra. Inés Sotelo. Se trata de un estudio de tipo descriptivo-interpretativo cuyo objetivo principal es caracterizar la población que consulta en urgencia, así como también, el modo de intervención y resolución en diferentes hospitales de distintas provincias de la Argentina. En un trabajo anterior hemos localizado diferentes niveles de elaboración psíquica a través de las variables del contexto subjetivo del protocolo utlizados en la investigación. Partimos de la hipótesis de que la escucha analítica en los casos que llegan a las guardias de salud mental promueve la elaboración psíquica de aquello traumático que motivó al paciente a acudir a la consulta, posibilita la subjetivación de la urgencia y una posible salida de la misma. En el presente trabajo retomaremos este punto para continuar la caracterización del tratamiento por la palabra en la consulta de urgencia. ¿Qué usos de la palabra facilitan la subjetivación de la urgencia? Inés Sotelo. This is a descriptiveinterpretive study whose main objective is to characterize the population that consults in the emergency department, as well as the mode of intervention and resolution in different hospitals in different provinces of Argentina. In a previous work we have located different levels of psychic elaboration through the variables of the subjective context of the protocol used in the investigation. We start from the hypothesis that analytical listening in cases that reach the mental health guards promotes the psychic elaboration of that traumatic that motivated the patient to come to the consultation, enables the subjectivation of the emergency and a possible exit from it. . In the present work we will return to this point to continue the characterization of the treatment by the word in the emergency consultation.
