El trabajo da cuenta de algunas tensiones de los distintos dispositivos de acompañamiento de jóvenes en conflicto con la ley. Forma parte de las últimas indagaciones realizadas con el equipo de investigación UBACYT sobre los factores que inciden en la circularidad de Jóvenes alojados en Instituciones penales juveniles. Rescatamos el trabajo estadístico del CENEP- Centro de Estudios de Población de UNESCO, sobre un trabajo de campo realizado en 2016/17 con adolescentes privados de la libertad. Tomamos especialmente variables que describen a los hogares de origen en donde estos adolescentes constituyeron sus subjetividades, y la dificultad de constituirse como Sujetos de derecho, a partir de historias de maltratos, replicadas durante sus biografías. Con un marco teórico psicoanalítico, conceptualizamos lo que hace a la función materna y a la necesaria terceridad de la ley del Padre. Destacamos tensiones en la actual recomendación de reinserción socioeducativa de los jóvenes bajo la lógica de la re-inclusión social al territorio. Se abren las puertas de los Institutos a territorios donde, en muchos casos, no hay familia que acoja. Es allí donde apostamos a la potencialidad de la figura del acompañante, operador o quien el joven inviste con funciones que hacen a las funciones primarias de cuidado y ley. Palabras clave Jovenes judicializados - Acompañante - Dispositivo - Sostén ABSTRACT TENSIONS IN THE COMPANION’S DEVICE FOR JUDICIALIZED YOUNG PEOPLE The work gives an account of some tensions of the different devices of support of young people in conflict with the law. It is part of the latest researches made with the UBACYT research team on the factors affecting the circularity of Youth housed in Youth Criminal Institutions. We rescued the statistical work of the CENEP- UNESCO’s Centre for Population Studies, on a fieldwork that took place during 2016/17 with adolescents deprived of their liberty. Especially, we took variables that describe the homes of origin where these adolescents constituted their subjectivities, and the difficulty of establishing themselves as Subjects of Law, based on stories of mistreatment, replicated during their biographies. With a psychoanalytic theoretical framework, we conceptualized what refers to the mother’s function and to the needed the thirdness of the Father’s law. We highlight tensions in the current recommendation of socio-educational reintegration of young people under the logic of social re-inclusion to the territory. The doors of institutes open to territories where, in many cases, there is no family to welcome. It is there where we bet on the potentiality of the figure of the companion, operator or whoever the young person invests with functions that make the primary functions of care and law.
