A siete de años de la sanción de la ley 26.892 para la promoción de la convivencia y el abordaje de la conflictividad social en las instituciones educativas, resulta relevante indagar en las estrategias implementadas para la prevención y promoción contra bullying, como así también el lugar que se le da a los adolescentes en ellas. Se describen los distintos marcos legales que giran en torno a la problemática y el rol de las entidades no gubernamentales. Se trabajó con cinco videos de ganadores y finalistas del concurso RAPDigital lanzado en 2019 por Unicef donde adolescentes y jóvenes de entre 12 y 21 años de edad, produjeron videos musicales del genero rap que fomentan la participación sana y respetuosa del mundo digital. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad identificar las representaciones sociales que se hallan en los jóvenes respecto del bullying y el ciberbullying, reconociendo las características otorgadas a estas conductas y sus participantes (agresor/es, agredido/a y espectadores). Para ello se realizó un análisis cualitativo de los videos seleccionados bajo un esquema interpretativo de los subjetivemas y figuras retóricas detectadas en los discursos. This job has the goal of identifying the social representations of young people about bullying and cyberbullying acknowledging the characteristics given to this behaviours and their participants (perpetrator, victim and viewers). For this, in the present paper, a qualitative analysis of this videos under and interpretative scheme of rhetoric figures in the speeches has been made.
