Desde el Centro del Adulto/a Mayor ”Mario Strejilevich” del Departamento de Salud Comunitaria de la Universidad Nacional de Lanús realizamos actividades de docencia, investigación y cooperación, para construir conocimientos “situados” sobre el envejecimiento poblacional. En esta ponencia describimos el dispositivo “recreado” frente al Aislamiento Social Preventivo Obligatorio (ASPO) por Covid-19, a fin de dar continuidad a nuestros programas definiéndolo como una estrategia de “resistencia”. También analizamos algunas percepciones de las personas mayores (PM) que participan en ellos, sobre los derechos protegidos en la Convención Interamericana sobe la Protección de los Derechos Humanos de las Personas Mayores (OEA, 2015) durante la cuarentena, para lo cual nos sustentamos en una investigación vigente. Como resultados provisorios destacamos que la vulneración de derechos/desconocimiento de las PM sobre la Convención y la crisis de cuidados (precarización, feminización) ya eran evidentes antes de la cuarentena, observándose su profundización aún en el marco de las políticas asistenciales de emergencia implementadas en Argentina. Respecto al dispositivo “Resistiendo sin Corona”, instrumentado desde el CAM, las PM refieren que constituye una herramienta para el mantenimiento de sus derechos en cuarentena y amplía las condiciones para el ejercicio de la autonomía, fundamentalmente en la comunicación virtual y acceso a la información. Palabras clave Derechos Humanos - Personas mayores - Aislamiento (ASPO) - Cuidados ABSTRACT THE RIGHTS OF ELDERLY PEOPLE: A QUARANTINE SHOWING VIOLATIONS AND RESISTANCES From the Center for the Elderly “Mario Strejilevich” of the Community Health Department of the National University of Lanús we carry out teaching, research and cooperation activities to build “situated” knowledge on population aging. In this paper we describe the device “recreated” against Covid-19’s Preventive Social Isolation (ASPO), in order to give continuity to our programs defining it as a “resistance” strategy. We also analyze some perceptions of older people (PM) who participate in them, about the rights protected in the Inter-American Convention on the Protection of the Human Rights of Older Persons (OAS, 2015) during quarantine, for which we rely on a current investigation. As provisional results, we highlight that the violation of rights / ignorance of the elderly about the Convention and the care crisis (precarization, feminization) were already evident before the quarantine, observing its deepening even within the framework of the emergency assistance policies implemented in Argentina. Regarding the device “Resisting without Crown”, implemented by the CAM, older people report that it constitutes a tool for the maintenance of their rights in quarantine and expands the conditions for the exercise of autonomy, fundamentally in virtual communication and access to information.
