El presente escrito se propone reflexionar acerca de distintos cambios atravesados en las prácticas de las y los residentes de psicología, a raíz de las reconfiguraciones suscitadas a partir de la declaración de la Pandemia de COVID-19 por parte de la OMS, junto a las respectivas medidas de aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio tomadas en nuestro país. Estos hechos modificaron y reorganizaron sustancialmente tanto las tareas asistenciales cotidianas en el marco hospitalario, así como la lógica de trabajo. Surgen los siguientes interrogantes: ¿Cómo pensar los efectos de la reorganización imprevista de la lógica laboral en la grupalidad como residentes? ¿Cómo pensar nuestro rol como agentes de salud en este contexto? ¿Cómo pensar las nuevas configuraciones de los dispositivos en articulación con la red asistencial de salud? These events substantially modified and reorganized both the daily care tasks in the hospital setting, as well as the work logic. The following questions arise: How to think the effects of the unexpected reorganization of the work logic in the group as residents? How to think about our role as health agents in this context?
