El siguiente artículo se encuentra enmarcado en el UBACyT 20020170100710BA (2018-2021, Azaretto, Ros) y en continuidad con los trabajos de maestría y doctorado cuyo tema principal se refiere a las particularidades clínicas del incesto en mujeres y hombres adultos que han sido abusados en su infancia por algún integrante de su familia. (Saubidet, 2016a, 2017, 2018, 2019a, 2019b, 2020a,2020b, 2021; Azaretto, Saubidet, 2019). Parte de este trabajo de investigación, que lleva más de 15 años, implicó la revisión de diferentes versiones del padre a lo largo de la enseñanza de Lacan bajo el horizonte antropológico del cuarto término de la estructura, planteado por Lévi-Strauss. En esta oportunidad, abordaremos la función del “por lo menos uno que no”, ligada a la exclusión del padre de la horda, junto con el armado del conjunto fálico, a partir de la figura del pére qui unie, el padre que uniega desarrollada durante los Seminarios 18, 19 y 20, bajo la lógica del “por lo menos uno que no” levistraussiano.
